These popular barbecue favorites are prepared to suit. Spending hours in our hand crafted smokers, our meats are slow smoked for each and every event. A robust flavor reaches the bone with every single mouth watering selection. Our roasted pigs can cook for up to 10 hours, and our ribs are rubbed and marinated in recipes that have stood the test of time and taste. We put the finishing touch on all items at your location, on the grill over an oak wood flame.
