Electron Heat is a new and innovative 3 step process to curing composites and adhesives with high-voltage radio frequency (RF) energy. Step 1: We add our proprietary additive, Instant Heat, to the composite or adhesive.Step 2: We adjust your molds so that they are able to conduct the RF through the part.Step 3: We connect our custom power converter to the molds to generate a controlled temperature that interacts directly with the Instant Heat to create a full cure directly in the part, lessening the heat on the mold itself, with a significantly reduced cure time. Electron Heat is compatible with FRP, RTM, casting, compression, potting, adhesive and laminating applications. We are driven to leverage technology to make your business applications more effective and efficient.
