• Spirides Hospitality Finance Company arranges mortgages and loans for owners of all types of hotels and restaurants across the United States, both franchise branded and independent, so they may obtain the capital they require to fund new construction, renovations, acquisitions, debt refinance, and working capital. The size of the deals we structure and source range from $2,000,000 to $200,000,000. We charge no upfront fees prior to beginning our work. Company Founder & President Harry Spirides is a former owner and operator of a 205 room full service beach resort hotel for 20 years. He is a third generation hotelier. Members of the Spirides family have owned and operated hotels and restaurants for over 90 years--since the 1920s. Mr. Spirides rose up through the ranks of his family's hotel company from restaurant dishwasher to Chief Executive Officer. Spirides holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Mercer University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration from Florida State University. He has also been awarded the Advanced Certification in Real Estate and Hotel Investment from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration. He is a military veteran and former U.S. Coast Guard commissioned officer and federal law enforcement officer. During his 20 year tenure holding the position of hotel owner and chief executive officer Harry Spirides led his company through all phases of a hotel companys lifecycle and successfully navigated through many significant events. As a hotel owner and operator Mr. Spirides successfully obtained infusions of additional capital as needed to refinance his companys mortgage debt as well as fund new construction, acquisitions, renovations, and operations. He intimately knows how finance is the lifeblood of any hotel or restaurant, and he finds it very rewarding to assist hotel and restaurant owners with their financing needs, having walked a thousand miles in their shoes.
