The company was founded by Robert and Georgianna Russell and stainless steel food service equipment was the company's preliminary expertise. This product line was soon followed by class seven and class eight truck component parts. The company has since diversified into a variety of commercial and industrial markets offering highly functional, integrated contract manufacturing service and providing quality component parts, sub-assemblies and finished products to a diverse and expanding customer base.
