- East Coast Rigging & Contracting (ECR) was formed in 1992 by a group of experienced swingstage and specialty scaffolding professionals who discovered that contractors were stuck with suppliers providing antiquated equipment and service regardless of the industry's evolving safety standards. What makes ECR different is that, as a small company, we have the ability to act quickly to creatively solve access needs in an environment requiring dynamic adaptability. ECR is a full service sub-contractor providing contracting services to well known general contractors such as Clark Construction Group, Donohoe Construction Company, and Bovis Leading Lease.
