DavisKelly CPAs was formed in 2016 by the joining of two firms: Randall S. Davis LLP and NE Kelly & Associates, LLC. The firm is co-managed by Randall S. Davis and Nancy E. Kelly. NE Kelly & Associates, LLC was founded by Ms. Kelly in Boston in 1990. The firm specialized in providing assurance, tax, and consulting services exclusively for the not-for-profit industry. In 2001, NE Kelly & Associates supplemented its practice with a New York office. Randall S. Davis LLP was a Boston-based firm founded by Mr. Davis in 2014. The firm provided services to the not-for-profit, governmental, and affordable housing industries in Massachusetts. Prior to starting Randall S. Davis LLP, Mr. Davis was a partner for 17 years at Daniel Dennis & Company LLP, a regional CPA firm. For several years, Randall Davis and Nancy Kelly led parallel careers with each one being known for their work within the same community. The combination of their two firms made for one larger, stronger firm and brought the two teams of experts together. DavisKelly is certified as a minority-owned and women-owned business enterprise (MWBE) by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Supplier Diversity Office and in New York by the Small Business Certification Unit.
