Located in New York, the firm was founded in 2012 by twin brothers Bassem and Wassim Shaaban. TW2M is a design / build firm that features the collective work of multidisciplinary professionals who value diversity and collaboration. We offer a wide variety of services at multiple scales and values, aiming for functionality and efficiency, as well as continued experimentation and innovation. Our approach ensures that the built product is never an afterthought, including design since the beginning, carrying the design phase laterally through the completion of construction. We strive to push the limits of both technical and theoretical work, using our detail-focused design/build process to bring conceptual work into reality.
