• Fuchs Audio Technology, a Clifton, NJ based company started 1999, is celebrating their 12 year anniversary. Owner/Operator Andy Fuchs, took a hobby he had since age 12 and turned a part time business repairing guitar amps in boiler room of his home, into a privately held corporation bearing his name, which is now touted as one of the world leaders in boutique guitar tone.In 2007, the company decided to diversify and add the Plush FX Pedals line to its successful guitar products and has received rave reviews and editors pick from many guitar magazines such as Guitar World, Guitar Player and Premier Guitar. In 2011, Fuchs took yet another bold step in its company development to include products for bass guitarists and introduced The Bruiser a 600-Watt bass amp that employs a mix of both old (tube) and new (Class-D switching power) technology and weighs only 30 lbs. It was well received at this years NAMM Convention in Anaheim, CA and will be available for purchase in April 2011.Artists such as: Rick Nielsen (Cheap Trick), Al Di Meola, Jimmy Herring (Wide Spread Panic), Derek Trucks, Luther Dickinson (Black Crowes & North Mississippi Allstars), Coy Bowles (Zac Brown Band) Joel Stroetzel (Killswitch Engage) and former Yankee, now jazz guitarist Bernie Williams all use Fuchs amps and guitar pedals as tools for their craft. Fuchs Products can now be seen and heard on concert stages and TV shows worldwide.
