• We are a full service out-sourcing studio offering architectural drawing and design solutions. The company was formed by former business colleagues; Michael O'Connell, Nijapa Hamilton and Steve Ritchie; who, with years of experience in the building industry, pride themselves on understanding a projects process from pre-design phase to the delivery of construction documents and construction administration. Each member brings over ten years of architecture and interior design experience working for internationally recognized architecture and design firms.Our mission is to help you streamline your service by providing a high quality of drawing and design services which, in turn, helps you achieve your goals through the delivery of efficient, accurate and cost effective documents and designs. Pangean Design Consulting Services offers a wide range of services including On-site field documentation, existing conditions drawings, design development and construction documents; including interior design FF&E presentation packages. Team members are fluent in a variety of drafting and modeling programs including: AutoCAD 2010 (and previous versions), Archicad, Autodesk, Revit, Sketch-up, 3d Studio, Adobe CS4, and all Microsoft applications. Our service is on a project-by-project basis with no long term commitment.
