• Our Omaha Office: In 1986, Don Mangan and his son, Chris, became owners of the Omaha office of Paul Davis Restoration. Since then, more than 20,000 property owners in the Omaha metro and surrounding areas, including southwest Iowa and northeast Nebraska, have had their lives restored by the team at Paul Davis Restoration of Omaha. When Don Mangan retired in 2007, Chris brought on these long-term employees as partners: Neil McGrath, Mark Costello, Floyd Brunning and Pat Shannon. Together, the leadership team shares a passion for restoring lives by turning chaos into calm. Each of our professional staff has been trained and certified by IICRC in a variety of mitigation and restoration techniques.
