I am a highly qualified Natural Health Therapist & Counsellor with over 25 years of experience & training in many different styles of massage & other modalities. I am passionate about self care and believe it is not enough to simply come for treatments or go on crash diets, each person must be educated on how to take care of the self at home to make real progress. Recognising the importance of high quality nutrition for great health I provide highly effective weight loss programs, energy, performance and youthful ageing solutions. I have experience working with people from all walks of life including children, the elderly and pregnant women I am an accredited member of the Shiatsu Association of Australia and have a Diploma in Emotional Release Counseling.
