• Faith Hospice, was founded in 2003 and in 2008 became a member of Presbyterian Communities and Services changing its name to Faith Presbyterian Hospice. Faith's mission is still the same and that is to provide exceptional care for individuals of any faith that face a life-limiting illness. We are not-for-profit: our bottom line is the quality of service and depth of compassion we provide patients, their families, and their friends through this difficult transition.We are committed to excellence and provide a more complete set of services than any other hospice provider in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. In addition, we offer innovative complementary therapies and Special Programs that go beyond standard medical care to bring a new dimension of comfort to our patients.We endeavor to bring every patient of any belief an assurance of peace.
