• Admiral Capital Group, co-founded by David Robinson and Daniel Bassichis, has two primary platforms. Admiral's main focus is a value add real estate fund formed in partnership with USAA Real Estate Company that targets office, hotel, multi-family and retail investments in major domestic markets. The fund now has over $250 million of assets under management, including office buildings in Austin, Atlanta, Los Angeles, and Santa Clara, hotel investments in Houston, Fort Worth and Las Vegas and a multifamily investment in Atlanta. Additionally, Admiral has invested alongside KKR and Kohlberg & Co. in leveraged buyouts of companies where Admiral can add value with business development and community initiatives. To date the investments have been in the food services and sporting goods retailer sectors. Across both platforms Admiral seeks to maximize the financial and social returns of each investment and expand on the community work of Co-founder David Robinson. Admiral also launched Admiral Center in partnership with Living Cities to support athletes and other celebrities with their philanthropic endeavors.
