    • 3D Scanning - 3D Modeling - Revit - Scan to BIM - UAV Surveying and MappingDarling Geomatics is a woman-owned (Mary Darling Tucson) multi-disciplined consulting firm specializing in Low Elevation UAV Surveying and Mapping, 3D Laser Scanning / High Definition Surveying, Laser Tracking / Metrology, Industrial 3D Wear Analysis, Hand-Held Small Object 3D Scanning and Environmental Consulting for a vastly diverse client base worldwide. Diversity certifications include WOSB, DBE, WBE, SBC & SBE.Aerial mapping with the use of drones, laser tracking, hand-held small object scanning and 3D laser scanning (or high definition 3D surveying) are the ultimate measurement tools used to save our clients time and money. Generally, the amount of money saved is 3 to 10 times the cost of the service. In most cases, our client's day to day operations are not affected in any way - eliminating costly downtime. We operate our equipment at safe distances from dangerous or inaccessible areas.Our land surveying division is led by Richard D. Darling, RLS, who has over 34 years of diversified surveying experience. Andrew Clark, RLS, assists Mr. Darling in running 4 survey crews. Darling and Clark have completed ALTAs; property title searches; written legal descriptions; performed boundary surveys for subdivisions, patented mineral claims, and section subdivisions (GLO Retracements); and completed Cadastral Surveys for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and U.S. Forest Service.Our 3D scanning division has offices in both Phoenix and Tucson. Bryan Jesse is our 3D scanning and 3D modeling division manager. Jon Heidmann runs the 3D scanning and modeling work at our Phoenix Valley office.
