Originally focused on the US Hispanic Market, we also have bi-lingual agents that have lived in the US for some time and are focused on English speaking Customer Service and Inbound Direct Response.Every aspect of management at Allegro Response is customer focused. All of our executive team, managers and supervisors are deeply involved in our customers planning and results. Our Executives have many years of Direct Response experience and are hands-on in helping our clients with their scripts, offers and testing protocols.Allegro Response's USP is our Sales Agents and training program. Every agent hired at Allegro Response has sales experience. Our average agent has worked for the company for over 2 years and the rigorous training program we require our agents to pass gives our clients better conversion and a higher average order/donation value.Allegro Response's servers and platform reside in Austin, TX. and our executive team is both in Austin and Phoenix. Our training team often meets our clients at their offices, our Call Center in Mexico or in Tucson, AZ depending on which is most convenient for our clients.Our Customer Care division is part of the Allegro family of companies which specializes in Enterprise Customer Service for mobile phone companies and consumer product organizations.
