As a Northwest Homebuilder / Land Developer since 1974, the company, founded by Clifford & Larry Sundquist was built on the premise that quality and craftsmanship could be offered to the widest niche in our marketplace - that of affordable housing. Geographically we have concentrated our building and development activities to North King and South Snohomish counties in an effort to cultivate a high standard of excellence right here in our own neighborhood. Since 1974 The Sundquist Family of Companies have developed over 100 formal subdivisions and over 25 multifamily communities as well as constructing over 1,000 single family residences.
