Both Paul and Drew were born and raised in Central Pennsylvania and earned Civil Engineering degrees from Pennsylvania universities.Together Paul and Drew manage all of the major projects undertaken by the company and are integrally involved in most of the small projects. Over the years, A. P. Williams, Inc. has slowly expanded, developing a terrific team of knowledgeable, friendly and honest people who are committed to providing every client with the best product possible.At A. P.
