QONQR (pronounced Conquer) is a cross-platform, massively-multiplayer, location-based game of strategy where players capture territories on the map of the real world. Many have referred to QONQR as the board game Risk meets Foursquare. QONQR is played in the locations you live and work, creating meaningful objectives people care about by interacting with their daily lives. It is played via mobile platforms, with millions of battle zones in 250 countries. No other game to our knowledge has the global reach nor massively multiplayer engagement centered on the mobile platform. QONQR is on the forefront of geosocial gaming, with plans to release new titles in coming years. QONQR has been the winner of Startup Weekend, first runner-up in MN Cup High Tech division, SXSW Accelerator finalist and Tekne finalist.Version 1.0 of QONQR was launched in March of 2012. In the first 6 months, over 1 million battles had taken place for control of over 75,000 cities in over 100 countries around the world. QONQR is currently available on iPhone and Windows Phone (Android under development).
