• Partnership 4 Kids (P4K) is working to turn Omahas cycle of poverty and failure into one of achievement and prosperity. The organization is committed to helping more students succeed by providing them with a foundation rooted in goal setting proficiency and consistent support of a mentor. P4K is strengthening the community through a network of partnerships with Omaha schools, local businesses, and individuals all collaborating to transform the future of Omaha through educational advancement and student success. The agency was formed in 2007 when two local youth-serving organizations, All Our Kids (est. 1989) and Winners Circle (est. 1996) joined forces to provide at-risk youth with the support needed to stay in school, graduate, and pursue higher education.Today P4K serves more than 5,000 Omaha Public Schools students, with the mission of partnering with the Omaha community and guiding youth toward academic success from kindergarten to careers through goal setting, mentoring and college access programs.The population of the students served by the agency consists of 90% who qualify for free and reduced lunch and the average median household income is below $30,000. Despite what many might view as roadblocks to success, 85% of P4K high school students graduate and 90% of those graduates go on to post-secondary education.
