Mr. Byrd believed that the clients best interests could be served by taking their cases before a jury of their peers where they could be fully compensated for the injuries sustained.In the late 1950s and early 1960s when only a few national firms had the competency to handle product liability, aviation and complex medical litigation, our firm stood at the forefront of developing personal injury law.
