• Welcome... Urban Oasis Yoga & Wellness looks out onto Lake Sammamish and is located in a bedroom community between the cities of Sammamish and Issaquah in Washington State. Our 4,200 square foot facility has been designed with all the natural elements in mind: stone, wood, metal, fire, and water. Our state-of-the-art wellness center focuses on a One Stop Shop concept for integrated healthcare and yoga in a spa like setting. We also offer more than 39 yoga classes a week, taught in 7 different traditions.In addition to being the only integrated healthcare and yoga facility on the eastside, our team of practitioners are equally impressive. This team consist of Naturopathic Doctors, Massage practitioners, an Esthetician (skin care), Acupuncturists, Chinese herbalists, Clinical Psychologists, a Physical Therapist that specilizing in womans health, and 12 Certified Yoga instructors. Our focus is to make sure that each client is nurtured in a non-threatening, secure enviroment, so that they may reach whatever goals they have set for their health, wellness, and fitness needs.
