• Collier Construction is a commercial general contracting firm in Lubbock, Texas. Having more than 15 years of commercial experience, Scott Collier founded the company in June 2012. Collier started with 2 employees and has rapidly grown to a firm of 28 full time employees that exceeded $20M in revenue in 2014 & 2015. Our trade territory is generally within a 150 mile radius of Lubbock. In addition, we perform work throughout the Texas Panhandle, West Texas, Central Texas, Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex, and Colorado for existing customers. Collier Construction has completed commercial construction projects in all building sectors that include: medical, retail, industrial, institutional, educational, and office. Additionally, we have the capability and experience to complete ground up projects, building additions, remodels, commercial finish out, and provide design build services. Collier Construction does have the staff to self-perform portions of each project. Historically, we subcontract approximately 80%-90% of the work. Collectively, the Collier team has over 200+ years of commercial construction experience in Lubbock. Our team's experience and knowledge has our team well placed within the subcontractor community and we have built strong, reliable relationships with our local architects and engineers. Great working relationships with both groups have been a large contributor to Collier's rapid success and growth.
