• YPN is a picture led, citizen news app live on Android. The app is published and run by you, posting what is happening around the world. From crime reports, witnessed first hand, to natural disasters, rallies, and even amazing discoveries. The second something big happens, you'll know about it instantly. Get a following, or start a reputation. News cannot be uploaded from the mobile handset gallery, only what is taken at the scene, and the location is automatically taken from the phone as well as the time, in order to ensure the most accurate stories possible. Users upload up to 8 images per article, and choose a category from 18 possible choices to filter the article under. News is also searchable by country specific, the most important news emerging, the most recent news happening, which reporters are hot on topic, as well as 18 possible category filters to search from. Users can also search profiles and discover their best articles published, most recent articles, what articles they are interacting with, and even see which of the people you are following is the most active.
