- Commercial Laundry Equipment, Sales, service and parts. TriSTte Technical Services, Inc. is headquartered in Waycross, GA and has offices in Atlanta, GA and Concord, NC. It was incorporated in January of 1995. Its inital focus was to service the South Georgia and Northeast Florida areas with solutions for their laundry parts and repair needs. In 1999 a partner Company Unitec Sales, was formed to sell commercial laundry equipment and provide design and engineering services. In 2004 the Unitec Sales ws dissolved and the marketing efforts were consolidated with Tri-State. The company acquired distributionship rights with Milnor, ADC, and Chicago Dyer, for Nth FL,GA, SC, NC and part of VA.
