• Unique Cleaning Service, Inc. UCS is a Service-Disabled Veteran owned business. UCS was founded in 1996 by Willie Toney Sellers, Jr., after his retirement from 20 years of distinguished service in the U.S. Navy. UCS has over 18 years experience in providing excellent facility management services to large and small clients in government and non-governmental environments across the United States and Puerto Rico. UCS has extensive experience providing janitorial services, facilities maintenance, grounds maintenance, pest control, window cleaning and other related services. Our workforce consists of over 130 employees along with 10 subcontractors. We currently service over 30 government and 10 commercial customers across the United States. We provide or have provided services to the following government agencies: Veterans Administration, Federal Aviation Administration, Transportation Security Administration, United States Army Corp of Engineers, Food and Drug Administration, NAVFAC. Our mission is to provide outstanding value to our clients and our employees.
