- T&T Engineering Services, Inc. provides design and engineering services as well as turnkey product supply, principally to the petroleum exploration and production services industry. T&T Engineering Services, Inc. is ISO 9001: 2008 certified by DNV. T&T was founded in 1997 and is headquartered at its design center in Tomball, northwest of Houston, Texas. T&T assists drilling contractors and oil companies in their continuing drive toward more efficient, productive, safe and reliable drilling operations. T&T is known for its contributions to the development of fast moving rigs for several major drilling contractors and for its excellent product designs. Services include mast and substructure design and verification, structural and mechanical design review and analysis, drilling structure inspection and certification, finite element analysis (FEA,) failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and root-cause failure analysis (RCFA.) T&T also provides product development design services, including custom solutions for pipe and BOP stack handling, extendable cable tray arrangements, lift and roll arrangements, rig movers and transport dollies. T&T Engineering is continually expanding its array of proprietary products including BOP handling systems, land drilling masts and substructures, rig moving systems, and rig transport systems. New product development includes the Pipe Boss system, which assembles, delivers, stabs and racks 96 foot stands of drill pipe, drill collars, and casing from the ground or pipe deck to well-center or the setback, and the Torque Boss, a powerful, quick, low maintenance pipe tong.
