  • Nantucket Culinary Center (NCC) is a year-round destination on the island of Nantucket featuring hands-on cooking classes, culinary-themed public events, and the exceptional in-house Corner Table Café. NCC's landmark building at 22 Federal Street is also a dynamic venue for private parties and events. The centers three floors are each dedicated to a celebration of community well-being and focus on the culinary past, present, and future of the island of Nantucket: NCC's main floor features a demonstration and test kitchen for local and visiting chefs, and a host space for programs showcasing the culinary arts. Guests share in teachable moments, attend meets-and-greets with influencers, and learn about current trends in cooking techniques, community-based farming and fishing, sustainable sourcing, and nutrition. Studio capabilities allow presenters to record or live-stream these events. The upstairs cooking school is the heart of NCC's culinary home. A state-of-the-art classroom kitchen and adjacent private dining room accommodate groups of up to 16 people to participate in hands-on cooking and learning at every skill level. NCCs signature cooking classes are built around an ever-expanding seasonal curriculum, and held here on a near-nightly basis. Nestled below the bustling culinary center, the Corner Table Café at NCC is our refreshing take on the social space of tomorrow, and inspired by the innovative 'third place' concept (destinations outside of work and home) for hubs of conversation, creativity, and community gathering. Open daily from 7AM 9PM and offering a family-friendly environment (you wont find alcohol down here), the cafe features a menu of delicious and nutritious seasonal snacks, meals, and treats inspired by the culinary school and visiting chefs programs upstairs. Nantucket Culinary Center was developed in collaboration with ReMain Ventures and launched by proprietors Joy and Greg Margolis in early 2016.
