- Why we are here.In 2006 a platoon of marines returned to the US from Iraq after heavy combat. Of the original 20 men, 16 returned and 10 of them were injured. The remaining men formed a bond during a particular battle on an Iraqi material supply route known as Grizzly.Out there they were partners for life. Here in the US, they began a journey to create an exceptional way of life to honor the men lost. In 2008 Grizzly Partners was incorporated as an LLC to offer new, exciting & sustainable building products to the world. Their first product to market was Earth Anatomy® Thin Stone Veneer Surfaces. Grizzly Partners, LLC is wholly owned and operated by members of our marine unit; disabled and active marines alike. We stand by our country, our people and our products.Who we are and What we do.Earth Anatomy® Thin Stone Veneer Surface, a producer and global distributor of sustainable thin granite veneer, thin marble veneer, thin travertine veneer, etc for specifiers of the Architecture + Design Community.Earth Anatomy® Fabrication LLC, a millwork company, specializes in the cutting, seaming and fabrication of Earth Anatomy® Thin Stone Surfaces for lamination to a variety of surfaces for commercial projects.How we do it.We purchase raw quarried natural stone blocks from around the world and turn them into very thin sheets of stone. 1.3 mm, 2.5 mm, and 4.5 mm thinly cut granite, marble and travertine.At the same time, Earth Anatomy® Fabrication is preparing the millwork for which the stone will be affixed. The stone is then married to the millwork in Ohio from where the finished products are shipped.Earth Anatomy® [now specified on three continents] has connected the dots of functional yet forward thinking design, created a lean supply chain for amazing material AND delivers finished millwork to our distinguished clients around the world.
