- The primary goal of From Start 2 Finish Counseling Services, Inc. is to empower communities to achieve social independence through year-round individual and therapeutic counseling. Our primary purpose is to provide training and support to enable individuals with documented psychiatric functional limitations to achieve and maintain community stability and independence in the most appropriate, least restrictive environment. From Start 2 Finish Counseling Services, Inc have developed residential, work and job skills training program which helps individuals in their efforts to become self-sufficient, contributing members of society. The program targets the segment of adults 18 years of age or older who have been identified as at-risk of hospitalization, homelessness, or isolation from social supports. Criteria for acceptance into the program is that the applicant be ready, willing and able, both physically and mentally, to work and maintain a drug-free lifestyle.
