• In this technology age, we aim to bring together the best in technology together with solid practical experience. Technology is a fantastic tool but is not the solution to sound business decisions. Today there is far too much specialisation and we consider that experience is being overlooked. Ticking boxes is a tool but not the answer. LANE has evolved over the past 40 years, it started with Jonathan Youens working in a private practice in the agency (broking) field, progressing on to creating a property management department for a significant new pension fund, then onto a major corporate consultant in the then West Germany, returning to the UK and working in the Investment and Development fields before establishing his own practice advising numerous clients and in 2002 merging with a niche City of London Firm. In 2004 he was invited by a major private client to work with him and this took him to Russia before moving to Romania in 2005. As well as managing the Creativ Group of companies for the investors, he worked over a four-year period to set up a corporate structure for investment in India and worked on the acquisition of four major shopping centre developments with local partners. These projects are now in hand and managed by a local expat team.After the completion of the first office project in Bucharest, it became quite apparent that the standards and ethics of management was very limited and LANE took over the management of NorthGate in Pipera.
