- Gale Recovery Inc. is a private non-profit organization located in Frederick, Maryland offering life changing residential treatment programs for men and women recovering from the diseases of alcoholism, drug addiction and co-occurring disorders. Our mission is to provide safe and secure housing, supportive counseling and individualized case management focused on our clients continued recovery from substance abuse while fostering independence and self-sufficiency. Gale Recovery, Inc. has been described as offering a practice run at life in the community, individuals coming from highly controlled environments, such as inpatient treatment, are re-introduced to the challenges and pressures of life in the community in manageable steps and stages. The clean and sober residential living environment that we provide, along with a structured transitional program, supports and empowers our residents to begin a new way of life. The only certified program of its kind in Frederick County, Gale Recovery, Inc is proud to have served the community since 1976 by addressing the needs of this chronically underserved population.
