    • Beyond Engineering & Testing, LLC (Beyond), the former infrastructure engineering division of RRC Power & Energy (www.rrccompanies.com, the 2nd largest US renewable energy engineering and project management firm that has headquartered in Austin/Round Rock since 2007), is a Texas DBE/MBE/HUB business. Currently employing 70+ engineers, technicians and inspectors in 4 offices in Texas (Midland, Round Rock, Dallas and Haskell) and 2 offices in New Mexico (Hobbs and Carlsbad), Beyond offers construction materials testing (CMT) services, construction management, construction engineering inspection, geotechnical engineering and quality management services to our clients in government, transportation, oil & gas, and industrial sectors. Beyond currently operates 2 AASHTO/ASTM accredited geotechnical and CMT laboratories located in Midland and Round Rock, Texas. Beyonds CMT operations are managed by our seasoned principals and project managers who have proven track records of delivering CMT & construction inspection services on numerous institution projects in West Texas while complying with project programs, schedules, quality standards and budgets.
