- ECLS, Inc. provides land surveying, civil engineering, utility locating / mapping services anywhere, anytime as a US Veteran-Owned company. We operate in multiple states and the territories and take great pride on being able to mobilize quickly in order to be on the ground at any location, globally within 72 hours. We operate our business with three main goals in mind: *Provide quality work *Produce in a timely manner *Deliver at an affordable rate. At ECLS, our staff consists of (5) Professional Land Surveyors, (2) Professional Engineers, (1) EIT, (2) SIT, (2) Senior SUE analysts, (4) Project Managers, (4) Cad Techs, (11) survey field crews, and (5) subsurface utility locating/mapping crews with a combined management experience level of more than 200 years in Land Surveying, Engineering, Utility Locating and AutoCAD Land Development. We strive to provide service to companies that perform on our countrys military bases and a large portion of our time goes into building relationships with firms that work on such projects. We also work with and support organizations like TVA and USVC, who assist our nations veterans. ECLS employees have a wide array of backgrounds and experience that enables our company to work on any project regardless of size or location. From DOT projects to high-profile construction and residential staking, our field and office personnel are the best in business and strive for perfection to provide our services at the highest level of professionalism.
