• YEP-NYC is the New York City chapter of the DC-based organization, Young Education Professionals. Founded in 2012, YEP-NYC is a volunteer-run membership organization interested in connecting young professionals across the public, private, and non profit education sectors throughout the greater New York City area. Our members include administrators, entrepreneurs, policy makers, researchers, teachers, and more. We are open to all current, former, and aspiring young education professionals (of any age!) and are always looking for new ideas, great speakers, and more members. --- Our Mission: Young Education Professionals is a nonpartisan DC-based organization, created by and for young professionals, that connects tomorrows education leaders through relationship-building, knowledge development, career and professional development, and community engagement. Our Vision: Young Education Professionals will provide tomorrows education leaders with opportunities to build connections with their peers around the common goal of improving education through policy, research, and practice.
