Shannon Swarbrick, owner of Dallas Closet Design, was just trying to simplify life and get her house in order when she had a closet installed by a leading closet company. Sticker shock soon followed. We definitely overpaid and they under-delivered for what should have been a straight forward project. I saw an opportunity to provide a service to families like mine with a quality product at a great price while offering the very best in customer service. No stranger to fulfilling the needs of others with a smile, Shannon began her career at mega-retailer Nordstroms and was inspired by their commitment to service and to their customers. Dallas Closet Design is a natural extension of her retail background and blends her love of fashion, merchandising, symmetry and organization.
