EDCO's origins can be traced back to the The W.E. Riley Company, which was founded in 1933. James Manning purchased the company in 1988 and changed the name to EDCO Food Products, Inc. In 1992, Mr. Manning opened our state-of-the-art factory in Chihuahua, Mexico, recognizing that the raw material quality could be improved by having our factory located closer to the growers. Due to our location, we shorten the holding time of raw product to bring fresher, brighter colored finished product to the end-user.We distribute our products economically throughout the world with customers located in the United States, Canada, Central America, Southwest Asia and Europe. Our business has been built on the production of high-quality bulk industrial ingredients and private label foodservice products. A strong focus on customer requirements has provided a base of distribution in over 25 countries worldwide. Flexibility and rapid product development have assisted many of our customers by creating ingredients for their product needs in both domestic and international expansion plans.
