About our Founder: Joyce Cadesca is an experienced leader who is devoted to social justice, inclusion, and equity. Her life purpose is to empower individuals to achieve their educational, family, and professional goals. As an entrepreneur - Joyce is the Founder of famHQ LLC, a tech-enabled family concierge, holistic coaching, and dedicated child care service designed to maximize time, energy, and success for busy moms. As a busy mom herself, she founded famHQ to empower others to prioritize quality family time without sacrificing everything else: spiritual, personal, and professional goals or social time with friends. Joyce's work experience includes finance, strategy, and HR roles at leading global Fortune 100 companies such as Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, and Morgan Stanley. Joyce also serves as a Professional Development Coach for Management Leadership for Tomorrow, working with MBA students as they define their career paths. As Resident Director of A Better Chance Lower Merion, Joyce advocates for providing educational opportunities to under-resourced families. Her nonprofit work experience includes education program management and classroom teaching. Joyce earned an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University.
