As a family company, we focus on developing and acquiring high-quality apartment communities in great neighborhoods.Oaks Properties owns 2091 apartment homes in 14 communities with a 158 unit, transit oriented community in development at the Garland station on the DART Blue Line. Ten communities are located in the Twin Cities metropolitan area: Minneapolis, St. Paul, Apple Valley, Edina, and Minnetonka. Four communities are located in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex: Coppell, Dallas (White Rock Lake), Garland, and Irving (Las Colinas).
