- The company was originally cofounded in 1994 by Toby Wallis as a Louisiana based Independent Adjusting Firm handling property, casualty, and workers compensation losses for Insurance Companies, Third Party Administrations, and Self Insured Entities.Since that time, the company has evolved into serving as Insurance and Risk Management Consultants for small businesses, limited liability companies, and corporations who do no have the resources available to employ a Risk Manager or Risk Management Department. Although we still serve our long time clients for their daily and catastrophe losses in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Nationally, we have utilized our experienced staff in an array of special projects.Some of those services include but are not limited to consulting, dispute resolution, disposing of aging cases, and provide client's coaching, mentoring, training of client's staff. Our Fees are based on the Project and not on time units. Therefore, you never have to worry about the meter running and/or your investment increasing.We have saved our clients' millions of dollars, time, and frustration.
